# Disclaimer — Third-Party AI Providers & Routing

**Effective date: 7 August 2026**

VynqHub (`vynqhub.com`) is the central Cloudflare Workers gateway and LLM
hub operated by Vynq B.V. This page explains the limitations of liability
applicable to AI output, third-party model providers, and routing behaviour
of the gateway.

## 1. Third-Party AI Providers

VynqHub routes AI requests to third-party model providers — including but
not limited to OpenRouter, DeepSeek, and other upstream model vendors. These
providers are independent parties. Vynq B.V.:

- is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, any third-party provider;
- does not operate, control, or warrant the availability, accuracy, or
  quality of any third-party model;
- is not responsible for the models' terms of service, data handling, or
  content policies.

By using VynqHub you agree to comply with the applicable terms and
policies of any third-party provider whose model you invoke through the
gateway. You remain solely responsible for your use of, and compliance with,
those third-party terms.

## 2. Provider Downtime, Failover & Rate Limits

The gateway performs automatic failover between providers to improve
availability. However:

- No guarantee is given that any provider, model, or route will be
  continuously available, error-free, or free of latency.
- Provider outages, degradation, and rate limits may result in delayed,
  degraded, or failed responses despite failover.
- Vynq B.V. is not liable for losses or damages arising from provider
  downtime, throttling, or third-party service interruptions.

## 3. AI Output — No Warranty

AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, outdated, or
otherwise unsuitable for your purposes. All output is provided **"as is"**
and **"as available"**, without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including fitness for a particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for verifying and reviewing any AI output before
relying on it. AI output does **not** constitute legal, financial, medical,
or professional advice.

## 4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynq B.V. and its affiliates shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other
intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the gateway, the
routing of requests, or any third-party AI provider.

This disclaimer does not limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited
or excluded under applicable law.
